Kundalini Yoga is called the “Yoga of Awareness.” It is based on neuro-science that will in time, improve your immune system, glandular system and balance your nervous system. Asanas, breath work and meditation practice will give you increased energy, vitality, and a clear mind, thus improving your overall wellness and health.
The meditation and breath work will cleanse the body of toxins and negative thought patterns, and shifting them to positive patterns, as well as eradicating addictive behaviors, creating an overall Peace and Happiness.

All meditation and yoga classes can be done sitting in a chair.
$12 per class (cash or check) Pre-pay option: $100 for 10 classes
