Gentle Flow includes traditional yoga postures for warming up the body followed by breath work and meditations, then ending with a healing gong to balance the nervous system for an overall feeling of relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga is called the “Yoga of Awareness.” It will give you clarity of who you really are, not what you “think” you are… It is based on neuro-science that will in time improve your immune system, glandular system and balance your nervous system. You will gain increased energy, vitality, and clarity, creating optimal function over all systems of the body. Kundalini will also give you a clear mind, so you will have better focus and better decision making throughout your lifecreating prosperity!
The meditation and breath work will cleanse the body of toxins and negative thought patterns, and shifting them to positive patterns, as well as eradicating addictive behaviors, creating an overall Peace of Mind, a State of Bliss, and Complete Happiness.
When you begin Kundalini Yoga, stress and pressure will be lifted, the mind and the heart become one unit, and you will be able to hear your intuition. All information and classes are based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
There is no power on this planet greater than the Word. It is by the power of Word that all things seen and unseen have been created. Sound keeps the universe in balance. It has the ability to heal and revitalize the autonomic nervous system; it facilitates a merger with our soul and the boundless energy and creativity within. Through listening to or chanting mantras, you can move from darkness to light, from negativity to positivity. Mantras create a healing flow of love and radiant shield of protection. This class includes a yoga set, pranayam (breathing exercises) meditation with mantra, and teachings on how to use the technology of mantra and sound to deepen your yoga meditation practice.
All meditation and yoga classes can be done sitting in a chair.
